Terms and Conditions of Use (TOU) and Privacy Policy

4th Street Insurance Professionals provides the Terms and Conditions of Use (TOU) for our website below. Questions concerning these TOU may be submitted to ipros@tampabay.rr.com.

• Program or brand name – the name of the texting program or brand (EZLynx)
• Program description- a short summary of the kinds of text customers will receive (eg renewals, payments due, ID cards, correspondence etc)
• “messages and data rates may apply” disclosure- the standard carrier required wording
• Message frequency/recurring message disclosure- how often customers will be texted ( renewals 6 mo or 12mo and as needed for correspondence)
• Customer support contact information- 727-522-6610 or ipros@tampabay.rr.com
• Opt-out instructions ( HELP and STOP) displayed in bold- how to unsubscribe or get help, shown prominently
• Link to your Privacy Policy – a link back to your Privacy Policy page
• Disclosure that carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages- the standard carrier-liability disclaimer
